We are recruiting 12 of the most CREATIVE & DRIVEN young adults (aged 16-19) to be part of our pioneering events management team. Those chosen after a FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW will work alongside us to successfully execute the AVIARD LIVE: CTC Campaign.
We want to work with some of London’s most ambitious leaders to bring both yours and our visions to life. This year we plan to start our mission of DISRUPTING THE EVENTS AND ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY while making a lasting positive impact on the community

- Business Development
Members of this team will work towards growing the event brand and helping us to source great opportunities for the future. Ideal for RESOURCEFUL THINKERS, TEAM PLAYERS and GREAT NEGOTIATORS
- Marketing & PR
Members of this team will work with us to communicate our impact to the public and plan ways of exposing the event & our talented participants. Ideal for those good at PROMOTION, ORGANISED PLANNERS and those interested in JOURNALISM
- Social & Digital Media
Members of this team will ensure all of our activities are documented professionally for future use and published online via ours and other key platforms. Ideal for VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHERS, EDITORS and SOCIAL MEDIA CREATIVES
- Talent Management
Members of this team will work with us to ensure that the talent in the competition are of the highest quality and looked after throughout their time with us. Ideal for those with a great EYE FOR TALENT, are socially WELL CONNECTED and are GREAT COMMUNICATORS
